This scholarship memorializes Jim Campbell (GHS '88) who received his BS in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and was the Cambria County Maintenance Manager for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. Sadly, Jim was diagnosed with cancer and later passed away in 2009.
Candidates who meet Foundation, school and sponsor criteria and who are accepted to pursue post-secondary education in a four-year engineering program at a university are eligible for this scholarship. Eligibility Requirements |
